Agency Report Card 2022: Carat

Carat lost major accounts in China and experienced a high staff turnover rate in 2022. However, leadership had a more stable year.

Carat’s business saw an improvement in 2022, but like other Dentsu agencies, it struggled in China losing some key accounts. This saw the agency finishing lower than 2021 in Campaign’s media rankings.
